What parts of the ceremony will I need to choose music for? Many wedding ceremonies follow this format:
Prelude This begins 30 minutes before the ceremony when guests begin to arrive.
Processional Music for the entrance of parents, grandparents, the wedding party, and the entrance of the bride/wedding couple.
Unity Candle A ceremony symbolizing the union of two families as one.
Can you play special requests not on the repertoire list? Absolutely! Special requests not on the repertoire list can be arranged for an additional fee.
Will I be able to meet with you to discuss the plans for our event? Deb Shebish, our event coordinator, will arrange a meeting with you via Skype/FaceTime to discuss music choices and other details regarding the music for your event.
What type of deposit is due in order to reserve a group? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
Do you play outdoors? We are able to accommodate outdoor events. Due to the delicate nature of the instruments, we require to be under the shade of a covered structure and temperatures, wind, and precipitation must not be extreme.
What will the group be wearing? Musicians wear concert black (black suit and tie for men, long black skirt/pants and black top for women).
When will you arrive at the venue? The musicians arrive at the venue one hour before the contracted start time.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment by check, PayPal or Venmo.
